Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ConvyLab website and all services we provide, including website design, development, maintenance, audit services, and digital marketing. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue using our services immediately.
1. General Terms of Service
1.1. Service Agreement:
- All services are subject to an agreed project scope or contract. Changes to the scope may result in additional costs.
1.2. Payment Policy:
- 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project.
- The remaining 50% is due before delivering the final product.
- 100% upfront payment is required to begin website auditing services
- Payments are accepted via PayPal, Bank Transfer, WISE and credit/debit card.
1.3. Client Obligations:
- Clients are responsible for providing content, images, logos, and other required assets in a timely manner.
- Delays in communication or submission of assets may lead to project delays.
1.4. Refunds & Cancellations:
- Refunds are not provided for completed services.
- If a client cancels a project before completion, any work done will be charged, and the upfront payment will not be refunded.

2. Website Design & Development Terms
2.1. Design and Development Process:
- We follow a collaborative process with milestones, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Any additional features or changes after project approval may incur extra costs and delays.
2.2. Ownership:
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final product, including design and code.
- ConvyLab reserves the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Hosting and Domain:
- We do not provide hosting or domain registration but guide clients on obtaining these services.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining access to their hosting account and domain provider.
3. Website Maintenance Terms
3.1. Scope of Service:
- Monthly maintenance covers only the tasks and features outlined in the selected plan. Any work outside of the defined scope will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate ($60/hr) or as a custom quote.
3.2. Client Responsibilities:
- The client is expected to provide access credentials, timely content (if applicable), and any necessary approvals to avoid delays.
3.3. Service Limitations:
- The website maintenance plans do not include the cost of third-party software licenses, premium plugins, hosting, or domain renewals. Such costs are the client’s responsibility.
3.4. Communication:
- Routine updates, issues, or tasks should be communicated via email. For urgent issues, priority response time is outlined per plan level.
3.5. Service Pauses/Cancellations:
- Maintenance plans can be paused or canceled with 7 days’ written notice. Paused plans lose access to ongoing services until reactivated.
4. Website Audit Terms
4.1. Plans and Deliverables:
- Free Plan: Audit of up to 5 pages.
- Advanced Plan: Audit of up to 10 pages with SEO suggestions.
- Premium Plan: Audit of up to 20 pages with competitor analysis, usability feedback, and custom recommendations.
4.2. Delivery:
- Audit reports will be delivered via email within 7-15 business days after submission based on user’s selected plan.
- Reports provide actionable insights, but we do not guarantee specific results such as increased traffic or sales.
- After submitting a request for a website audit, we might reach out to the user who submitted the audit request to learn more about the request. The delivery countdown is started right after the user answers those additional questions.
5. Intellectual Property
- All custom design, code, and assets remain the property of ConvyLab until full payment is received.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use third-party plugins integrated during the project.
- Unauthorized use of our code or designs outside the agreed project scope is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ConvyLab is not liable for:
- Any downtime, data loss, or revenue loss caused by third-party hosting or service providers.
- Security breaches due to outdated plugins or external attacks unless covered under a maintenance plan.
- Issues caused by third-party modifications after the handover of the website.
7. Confidentiality
Both ConvyLab and the client agree to keep all shared project information confidential. Personal data will be protected under applicable data privacy laws.
8. Modifications and Termination
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of major changes via email or website announcements.
- We may terminate services if these terms are violated or payments are not made on time.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka .
